Spelled Sausage Scrambled Egg Pan

The perfect spelled sausage scrambled egg pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup 250 ml Spelled like rice grains
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 shot Milk
  • 4 Pc. Wiener sausages
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper
  • Fresh herbs at will
  • 100 g Cheese
  1. Boil two cups of water with a little salt, then add the spelled like rice (that is, so) and simmer on low to medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until the water is soaked up. Then let cool down a bit.
  2. Whisk the eggs with milk (and possibly some sparkling water), season with soy sauce and pepper and fry them in a pan to make scrambled eggs. Add to the cooled spelled. Cut the sausages into small pieces and fry them in the heated oil with the finely diced onion. Add the spelled and scrambled egg mixture and stir everything together. Season with soy sauce and pepper (plus a little vegetable stock powder if you like) and mix in the chopped herbs.
  3. Coarsely grate the cheese and mix in. A wide variety of varieties go here, from Parmesan to Gouda etc …
