  • 8 g rice vinegar
  • 30 g chili oil, Asian store
  • 1 g sesame oil
  • 20 g garlic, squeezed

Wash and peel the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise, and cut it into thin slices. Combine all the other ingredients, add them to the cucumber, and mix well.
