Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g watermelon(s), yellow, only the flesh, no seeds
  • ½ lime(s), juice only
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, grated, approx. 2 cm
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • some cinnamon
  • some ice cubes, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the ingredients (without the ice cubes) in a blender, mixer, or with an immersion blender. Serve with ice cubes, if desired.
