Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g watermelon(s), yellow, only the flesh, no seeds
- ½ lime(s), juice only
- 1 piece(s) ginger, grated, approx. 2 cm
- 3 mint leaves
- 1 pinch of clove powder
- some cinnamon
- some ice cubes, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Puree the ingredients (without the ice cubes) in a blender, mixer, or with an immersion blender. Serve with ice cubes, if desired.
