Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 2 bell peppers
- 3 spring onions
- 1 zucchini
- 3 carrots
- 250 g fresh mushrooms, champignons or chanterelles
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- Soy sauce
- curry
- Spice mix, Chinese
- turmeric
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco
- Oil for frying
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
with tagliatelle
Cut the turkey cutlets into strips and fry in oil. Gradually chop the vegetables and add them to the turkey strips. Deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer for 15 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce, Tabasco, salt, pepper, curry powder, turmeric, and the Chinese spice blend. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions and add it to the pan. Rice is also delicious.
