Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g potato(s), e.g. B. Laratte
- 3 spring onions
- 300 g spinach, fresh
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 carrots
- 3 onions
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 pinches of chili flakes
- 2 pinches of garam masala
- n. B. coriander seeds, possibly
- Salt
- Sugar
- e.g. chickpea flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Slice the potatoes and julienne the carrots and onions. Crush the garlic in salt or press it through a press. Combine all ingredients except the flour in a large bowl and season with salt and sugar. Knead the mixture vigorously. Sprinkle in enough chickpea flour to form a sticky mass. Drop small mounds of garlic into the hot oil with a tablespoon and fry until golden brown.
