Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 spring onions
- 6 carrots
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 200 ml cream or coconut milk
- 2 jars of soy sprouts
- Soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- curry powder
- some oil
- 2 cups rice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the rice as usual. Cut the meat into strips, peel and slice the carrots, dice the onions, and slice the leeks. Brown the meat and onions in hot oil in a wok. Add the lemon juice and season the meat. Add the carrots and leeks and fry briefly. Next, add the drained bean sprouts. Pour in the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring. Season to taste with the spices and soy sauce. Stir in the rice and serve.
