Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 80 g cane sugar, alternatively honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 small egg(s)
- 100 g muesli (chocolate muesli)
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 50 g wheat flour or whole wheat flour
Instructions

Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat the butter or margarine, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg with a hand mixer until fluffy. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, vigorously fold in the chocolate muesli, ground hazelnuts, and flour. Using two teaspoons, drop small heaps onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C (E) or 175°C (fan oven). After baking, cool completely on a wire rack, if possible. Yields approximately 20-25 cookies.
