Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200g mozzarella
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Grate the cheese and blend the corn with a little liquid in a blender. Finely dice the onions. Stir everything together. Add the cream and egg yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Bake the mixture in a glass baking dish at 150°C for 30 minutes. Suitable for those with gluten intolerance.
