Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • Salt
  • 5 tbsp chives, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix 250g of quark with a little milk (water is also fine), salt, and finely chopped chives. Serve with good bread or potatoes. Whether you use low-fat or creamy quark is a matter of taste.
