Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g low-fat curd cheese
- 5 g mustard
- ½ bunch chives
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 bread roll (maybe wholemeal)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and finely chop the chives. Mix the quark with the mustard, chives, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on the roll and serve garnished with chives. Variation: Use mixed herbs, but be careful with the mustard. A little garlic also tastes good.
