Chive Sauce (sweetbreads)
The perfect chive sauce (sweetbreads) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Organic yogurt
- 250 ml Milk cold
- 1 bunch Chives
- 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
- Himalayan salt from the mill
- White milled pepper
- Boil eggs and let cool.
- Mix the yoghurt and milk until smooth
- Cut the bunch of chives into small rolls and stir in the yogurt-milk mixture.
- Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
- Peel the three cooled eggs and cut them back and forth with an egg cutter so that small strips are formed.
- Serve the chive sauce cold with jacket potatoes or boiled potatoes.
