Chive Sauce (sweetbreads)

The perfect chive sauce (sweetbreads) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Organic yogurt
  • 250 ml Milk cold
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
  • Himalayan salt from the mill
  • White milled pepper
  1. Boil eggs and let cool.
  2. Mix the yoghurt and milk until smooth
  3. Cut the bunch of chives into small rolls and stir in the yogurt-milk mixture.
  4. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
  5. Peel the three cooled eggs and cut them back and forth with an egg cutter so that small strips are formed.
  6. Serve the chive sauce cold with jacket potatoes or boiled potatoes.
