Mayonnaise …
The perfect mayonnaise … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 fresh Chicken egg
- 1 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Mustard hot
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 1 pinch Ground pepper white
- 250 ml Cold-Pressed sunflower oil
- Making mayonnaise is child’s play – yes, even schoolchildren do it in chemistry class. “All ingredients” should be at room temperature, this is very, very important!
- Pour all ingredients into a narrow, tall container and place a hand blender (magic wand) in the container on the floor. Turn on the mixer and let it work for about 5 seconds without moving the stick.
- Only now hold the vessel at a slight angle and very slowly pull the running mixer stick up on the edge of the vessel.
- That’s it, and a mayonnaise is ready, which tastes much better than a bought one – and it’s cheaper too, because you always have the ingredients in the house anyway – and for me there is another advantage: me knows exactly what’s inside !!
