Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 100 g dark chocolate, vegan
- 5 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Gently heat the almond milk and melt the chocolate in it. Then let it cool and add the chia seeds. Refrigerate for about 2 hours, until the seeds have formed a pudding-like consistency.
