Instructions
- Crumble whole milk chocolate and melt in a hot water bath
- Toast 100 g of almond slivers without fat in a pan until light brown
- Let the almond splitter cool down a little and then stir into the melted milk chocolate
- Put two teaspoons in a pile on foil and keep in a cool place
- Practice the same processes with the black chocolate for men and also place the total mass with two teaspoons in small heaps on the foil
- After a cooling time of approx. 120 minutes, this results in approx. 30 delicious chocolate almond chips in whole milk and dark chocolate
