Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Flour
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 150 g Melted butter
  • 60 g Dark chocolate
  • 40 ml Amaretto

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease the muffin tin or line it with paper or silicone molds
  • Mix the flour, almonds, baking powder, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the chocolate and stir until it has melted too. When the melt has cooled down (around body temperature) stir in the eggs and amaretto.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients and distribute evenly on the muffin tins. Makes about 12 muffins. Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven. After baking, let it rest for 5 minutes and then leave to cool on a wire rack
