Pasta with Minced Meat Sauce According to Bernd

Ingredients
 

For the pasta:

  • 500 g Ditalini Rigati from Barilla *)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil

For the sauce:

  • 500 g Beef meat
  • 70 g Tomato paste (small can)
  • 250 ml Meat broth (1 heaped teaspoon instant)
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,25 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Rubbed oregano
  • 1 big pinch of sugar
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water (1 teaspoon) according to the instructions on the package, drain and toss with oil (1 tbsp) in a hot saucepan so that it does not stick. Fry the minced meat (beef mince) very finely, add tomato paste (70 g) and meat stock (250 ml) and) bring to the boil and reduce. Season with salt (½ teaspoon), pepper (¼ teaspoon), sugar (1 big pinch) and oregano (1 teaspoon). Serve the pasta with sauce and freshly grated Parmesan. A salad might be enough with it.

*) Tipp:

  • Any other type of pasta is also possible!
