Chocolate almond tartlets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 150 g dark chocolate chips
  • 50 g flour, finely sieved
  • 60 g powdered sugar, finely sieved
  • 2 vanilla pods, the pulp
  • 70 g almonds, blanched and ground
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 20 ml Cointreau
  • 4 pieces of dark chocolate, 70% mild
  • Butter for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sweets from the Airfryer

Carefully melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Combine the remaining ingredients, except for the dark chocolate pieces, in a bowl. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly and then mix well with the other ingredients. Butter four small espresso cups and fill them halfway. Press in the chocolate pieces and fill the rest with the chocolate mixture. Smooth the mixture. Preheat the air fryer to 150°C for 2 minutes, add a little water, and bake the cakes for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, then remove from the pan with a small knife and serve.
