Chocolate Amaretto Croissants

- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- This stupid meat grinder “hamsters” the dough ….. no longer spits it out. My patience is at the end. What do I do with the rest of the batter for the shortbread cookies.
- Dust the work surface with a little flour. Get the batter out of the fridge. Knead with 2 tbsp flour, cocoa and amaretto. (possibly add a little more flour)
- Shape rolls ….. but not as thick as mine in the pictures. laugh ……
- Cut into pieces and form croissants, flattening the surface a little.
- Line the tray with baking paper and place the croissants on top. Bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool down and enjoy. My husband was happy that these things got so big … good for typing. At least one is satisfied ……..
