Chocolate Cake with Amaretto
The perfect chocolate cake with amaretto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 160 g Flour
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 100 g Baking cocoa
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 220 g Sugar
- 200 g Sour cream
- 125 ml Oil
- 50 ml Amaretto
- Chocolate icing or powdered sugar
- Grease a baking pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Weigh out flour, almonds, cocoa and baking powder.
- Beat eggs with sugar until foamy and then mix in the oil and amaretto.
- Add the flour, almonds, cocoa, baking powder and the sour cream and stir into the batter. Pour into the baking pan. Preheat the oven to 170 and bake for 45 minutes
