Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder, possibly more, can also be omitted
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate, vegan, melted
- 125 ml oil, neutral
- 250 ml juice (banana juice)
- Fat for the mold
- possibly chocolate glaze

Combine the flour with sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Add the melted chocolate (it works great with a little oil in the microwave or in a double boiler), oil, and banana juice, and mix well. Pour into a greased pan (e.g., a Bundt cake pan) and bake at approximately 180°C for about 1 hour. The cake tastes best topped with chocolate icing.
