Chocolate-banana bundt cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder, possibly more, can also be omitted
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate, vegan, melted
  • 125 ml oil, neutral
  • 250 ml juice (banana juice)
  • Fat for the mold
  • possibly chocolate glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free, suitable for food combining (carbohydrates)

Combine the flour with sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Add the melted chocolate (it works great with a little oil in the microwave or in a double boiler), oil, and banana juice, and mix well. Pour into a greased pan (e.g., a Bundt cake pan) and bake at approximately 180°C for about 1 hour. The cake tastes best topped with chocolate icing.
