Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g chocolate (milk chocolate)
  • 10 tbsp sweetener, liquid
  • 3 tbsp locust bean gum
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 5 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • n. B. Sugar sprinkles, colorful

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the flour, egg, yogurt, and sweetener in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Then, add the banana to a bowl, mash it with a spoon, and mix it into the mixture with a mixer. Chop the milk chocolate with a knife and mix it in. Then, stir in the rum, vanilla sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, and locust bean gum. Mix everything well and fill the muffin cups. Finally, sprinkle the colorful sprinkles on top and place everything in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the oven.
