Practical as a baking mix to give as a gift

For “instant baking”: Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, add the oil, and mix. Using a tablespoon, measure out 9 portions and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, pressing them down lightly. Bake for about 10 minutes. As a gift baking mix: Alternately layer the dry ingredients in a 500 ml bottle, preserving jar, or anything else that looks nice and can hold half a liter, then seal tightly. You can buy ready-made 100 ml bottles of walnut oil in well-stocked stores; all you have to do is grab them and add them to the pan.
