Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 125 g dark chocolate
- 125 g chocolate, whole milk
- 250 g almonds, grated
- 100 g flour
- Cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Melt the dark and milk chocolate over a pan of simmering water. Combine the remaining ingredients in a batter and add the melted chocolate. Spread the batter on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 175°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Cover with chocolate glaze, let cool, and cut into cubes or diamond shapes.
