Chocolate Bread

- 500 g Flour
- 10 g Dry yeast
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 50 g Unsweetened cocoa
- 150 g Butter
- 150 ml Milk
- 150 ml Water
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead well until an elastic dough is formed.
- Roll out the dough 1 cm and roll it together.
- Let rest for 3 hours.
- Bake for .40 minutes at 200C °.
