Chocolate Bread

  • 500 g Flour
  • 10 g Dry yeast
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 50 g Unsweetened cocoa
  • 150 g Butter
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 150 ml Water
  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead well until an elastic dough is formed.
  2. Roll out the dough 1 cm and roll it together.
  3. Let rest for 3 hours.
  4. Bake for .40 minutes at 200C °.
