Chocolate buttermilk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the buttermilk into a tall container. Add the cocoa powder and vanilla sugar. Stir everything together with a whisk or blend with a hand blender until no lumps remain. Pour the chocolate milk into two glasses, insert straws, and serve. The cocoa and sugar concentrations can vary depending on your taste.
