Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 300 g Cocoa
  • 400 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 200 g Chopped almonds
  • 200 g Chopped walnuts
  • 3,5 cups Cream
  • 2 packets Quark
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 packets Vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 0,5 pack Gelatin
  • 0,5 fruit Lemon

Instructions

  • First you put 500 grams of flour, together with 250 grams of butter and 4 eggs in a bowl and stir it until it becomes creamy. Then add 200 grams of sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar and stir this again until the sugar has completely dissolved. Then whip half a cup of cream until foamy and feel this on the resulting dough. Now the mixture is stirred again and every now and then you add chopped almonds, chopped walnuts and cocoa and fill it into a cake pan. Now everything comes in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. During this time you can make the cream that will later be put on the dough. Take 2 packages of quark, 500 grams each and feel them in a bowl. Now you dissolve the gelatin powder in water and add it to the quark. Now whip 3 cups of cream until foamy and add 2 packs of vanilla sugar. This whipped cream is slowly poured into the quark and mixed slowly and sensitively. Half a lemon and some cocoa powder are then pressed into the quark cream. Mix everything well into a mass! When the cake dough is ready, let it cool down well. Then you distribute the quark mass evenly on the cake base and grate chocolate on it until you can no longer see the quark and can warp it to taste. Good luck with re-baking
