Waffles with Chocolate and Cinnamon Cream

The perfect waffles with chocolate and cinnamon cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 160 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 400 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • For the cream:
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 tsp Ovaltine or cocoa
  • 0,5 tsp Cinammon
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until creamy.
  1. Mix the flour and baking powder and add to the butter mass together with the milk and the orange juice and work into a dough. Heat the waffle iron and finish baking the waffles one after the other.
  1. Beat the cream, Ovaltine, cinnamon and cream stiffener with the mixer until stiff. Serve the waffles with the chocolate and cinnamon cream.
