Waffles with Chocolate and Cinnamon Cream
The perfect waffles with chocolate and cinnamon cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 160 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 400 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 250 ml Milk
- 100 ml Orange juice
- For the cream:
- 200 ml Cream
- 1 tsp Ovaltine or cocoa
- 0,5 tsp Cinammon
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until creamy.
- Mix the flour and baking powder and add to the butter mass together with the milk and the orange juice and work into a dough. Heat the waffle iron and finish baking the waffles one after the other.
- Beat the cream, Ovaltine, cinnamon and cream stiffener with the mixer until stiff. Serve the waffles with the chocolate and cinnamon cream.
