Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g chocolate (cocoa content 70%)
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 chili peppers (25 g)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
The cake is baked in a springform pan or an extendable baking frame. Line the pan with baking paper. Deseed and finely chop the chili peppers, then set aside. Slowly melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan and let cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the cooled butter and chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour, baking powder, and chili. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 35 minutes.
