Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 80 g brown sugar
- 1 pack flavoring (lemon peel flavor)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp chili, ground
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 50 g ground almonds
- 90 g hazelnuts, ground
- 2 tbsp flour
- 100 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
- wafers
- 100 g white chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
makes about 30 gingerbread cookies
Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add the remaining batter ingredients and mix well. Using two teaspoons, spread the batter onto the wafers. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 25-30 minutes. Place the gingerbread on a wire rack to cool. Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath and brush it over the gingerbread.
