Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for witch houses, cookies, etc.

Mix together the water, sugar, and leftover cookies (if there are any) and bring to a boil. Pour the honey into the sugar-water mixture and heat again. Mix the wheat flour, rye flour, and spices together, then pour in the honey mixture. Mix everything well. Add the baking soda and mix well again. Finally, dissolve the potash in a little water and add it to the dough. If the dough becomes too stiff, just add a little honey. If it becomes too wet, just add a little flour. You can now bake a variety of delicious things with it. The dough is best baked at 200°C.
