Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 120 g butter, soft
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of chocolate drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 170°C (top/bottom heat). Mix butter with sugar and brown sugar. Add egg, salt, and vanilla paste to the butter-sugar mixture and mix. In a separate bowl, mix flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture a spoonful at a time and mix. Add the chocolate chips to the batter. Scoop the finished batter into balls, leaving enough space between them, onto a baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes, watching closely, until the edges are lightly browned. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool for about 5 minutes.
