Chocolate-coconut cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 drops butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 125 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 25 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the chocolate. Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and knead everything with a dough hook, first on the lowest speed and then on the highest speed. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 cm thick. Cut out any desired shapes and place on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Brush the cookies with milk and bake. Top/bottom heat: preheated to about 180°C. Fan oven: preheated to about 160°C. Gas mark 2-3, preheated. Baking time: about 14 minutes. Finally, sprinkle the cookies with the chocolate and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
