Chocolate Coffee Cream
The perfect chocolate coffee cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 80 g Sugar or 40 g “stevia sugar”
- 2 tbsp Soluble espresso powder or 1 strong espresso
- 100 g Cream
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- Mix the quark with sugar until smooth. Dissolve soluble coffee in about 3 tablespoons of hot water and stir into the quark. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Finely chop the chocolate and fold in carefully.
- Fill the cream into 4 glasses or dessert bowls and serve with chocolate shavings and garnished with chocolate mocha beans as desired.
- Tip 3: Do not prepare the cream too long before serving, it will draw water and then no longer look nice.
