delicious, quick-to-make chocolate cookies

Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven). Beat the eggs until frothy, then mix with the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Chop the chocolate block into small pieces and mix it into the egg mixture along with the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix everything together again. Place small heaps of dough on the baking sheet (lined with baking paper) and flatten them with a fork (it’s best to flour the fork first) to form circular heaps. Then bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C (fan oven). If the dough is too sticky in the bowl, thin it with a little (just a little) milk. If the dough is still sticky to the baking paper, simply moisten the fork slightly and then dip it in flour. It’s best to do this on a small plate beforehand. This will prevent the dough from sticking to the fork when shaping it. It will also help the dough rise a lot. So don’t make piles that are too big and don’t place them too close together.
