Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g margarine
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 70 g flour
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- baking powder
- 2 bags of pudding powder, chocolate
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 packs of chocolate (chocolate drops)

Beat the margarine until fluffy. Then stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar and add the egg. Combine the flour, pudding powder, and a pinch of baking powder and stir in until the mixture forms a thick paste. Reserve a few chocolate chips for decoration and fold in the rest. Place teaspoon-sized mounds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure there is enough space between them, as the cookies will spread slightly during baking. Distribute the remaining chocolate chips over the mounds and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted) for about 10-15 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely first, otherwise they will break easily.
