- 100 g butter, soft
- 50 g sugar
- 125 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- possibly butter for the tray
- some cocoa powder for dusting

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with baking paper. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder over the dough and mix until a soft dough forms. With moistened hands, form about 15 small balls from the dough and place them on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Dip a fork in water and use the back of a fork to flatten each ball, one at a time, to create a ridged surface. Moisten the fork repeatedly. Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes, until they are slightly firm. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, and only then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
