Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 260 g flour
- 1 pkt. pudding powder, chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 50 g walnuts, ground
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp, leveled gingerbread spice
- jam
- Cake icing, (chocolate icing), colored sprinkles
- Cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Knead the first 8 ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and chill for about 20 minutes. Roll out thinly in portions on a well-floured board. Cut out biscuits of your choice and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 8-10 minutes. Once cooled, combine with strained jam and decorate as desired, e.g., cover with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with colored sprinkles, or simply sprinkle with powdered sugar (with a little cinnamon).
