Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 150 g butter, cold
  • 2 eggs
  • Flour, for rolling out
  • 125 g white chocolate coating
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 12 minutes

for 50 pieces

Quickly knead the sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, cut-in butter, and eggs into a smooth dough. Roll out on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Cut out desired shapes and place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Chop the chocolate coating, melt it over a pan of simmering water, and spread or sprinkle it over the cookies. Garnish with chocolate shavings, if desired.
