Chocolate Cookies Very Quick and Delicious

The perfect chocolate cookies very quick and delicious recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 medium sized Free range eggs
  • 200 g Spelled flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 g Chocolate chips
  1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with the eggs well until you get a creamy mixture.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder, stir in, then fold in the chocolate sprinkles or drops of what you have. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  3. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, place the mixture on the parchment paper in portions with a coffee spoon. Please keep enough space. The cookies will spread apart. You will get about 2-3 baking sheets.
  4. The cookies only get crispy after they have been in the can.
