Chocolate Cookies with Goya Berries
The perfect chocolate cookies with goya berries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 50 g Goya berries
- Beat the butter with the sugar, egg and vanilla sugar until frothy
- Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve over the dough mixture and stir everything into a smooth teg.
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold into the batter with the goja berries using a spoon.
- Line a baking sheet with baking foil, form small biscuits from the dough, place them on the baking sheet and put them in the 175c. warm oven for about 15 minutes
- Remove the biscuits, let them cool and dust with a little icing sugar.
- Now have a cup of coffee – boil it and enjoy the biscuits. Bon appetit; 🙂
