Chocolate Cookies with Goya Berries

The perfect chocolate cookies with goya berries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 g Goya berries
  1. Beat the butter with the sugar, egg and vanilla sugar until frothy
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sieve over the dough mixture and stir everything into a smooth teg.
  3. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold into the batter with the goja berries using a spoon.
  4. Line a baking sheet with baking foil, form small biscuits from the dough, place them on the baking sheet and put them in the 175c. warm oven for about 15 minutes
  5. Remove the biscuits, let them cool and dust with a little icing sugar.
  6. Now have a cup of coffee – boil it and enjoy the biscuits. Bon appetit; 🙂
  7. We have a GOJABBERRIES shrub in the garden and it has borne a lot this year. I then dried them and also used some fresh for fruit salads. They are very healthy and you can certainly get them in health food stores !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
