Meatless: Tilapia with Parsley – Mashed Potatoes with Red Cabbage

The perfect meatless: tilapia with parsley – mashed potatoes with red cabbage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Potatoes
  • 1 Sip Oat milk
  • My vegetable broth *
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg from the mill
  • 10 stem Parsely
  • 2 piece Tilapia fillet fresh
  1. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes, cook in vegetable stock, drain. Add the milk, season with salt & pepper and nutmeg from the mill and mash everything well.
  2. Pepper the tilapia fillets on both sides (we add salt at the table first), then fry the fish in Alsan until golden brown. Of course you can bread or flour the fish … we like it natural … just fry it like that.
