Ingredients

  • 2 size Potatoes
  • 1 Sip Oat milk
  • My vegetable broth *
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg from the mill
  • 10 stem Parsely
  • 2 piece Tilapia fillet fresh

Instructions

  • Peel, wash and chop the potatoes, cook in vegetable stock, drain. Add the milk, season with salt & pepper and nutmeg from the mill and mash everything well.
  • Pepper the tilapia fillets on both sides (we add salt at the table first), then fry the fish in Alsan until golden brown. Of course you can bread or flour the fish ... we like it natural ... just fry it like that.
  • There was also my vegan orange-apple-red cabbage -
  • * Supplies: Make your own vegetable stock
