Ingredients

  • 60 g Brown sugar
  • 100 g Margarine
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 180 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 175 g Philadelphia Milka
  • 50 g Hazelnuts
  • 20 g Baking-Proof chocolate droplets
  • If necessary a dash of milk

Instructions

  • Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix the margarine, sugar and salt with the hand mixer on the highest setting until foamy. Briefly stir in Philadelphia Milka and flour mixture on low heat. If the mixture is too firm, add a dash of milk.
  • Finally fold in the hazelnuts and chocolate chips. With two teaspoons, place piles next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press a little flat. Bake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
  • With the nuts you can of course vary, e.g. chopped macadamia nuts, or whale pecans etc. You can also fold in chopped white chocolate instead of the dark chocolate droplets.
