Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Cooked meat
  • 2 Gherkins
  • 5 tbsp Shallots oblong
  • 100 g Mushrooms canned drained
  • 2 Pickled peppers
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • Pickled cucumber stock
  • 1 tbsp Bavarian mustard
  • White balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat slices into noodles. Peel the shallots and cut into fine rings. Cut the pickles lengthways into slices and crossways into fine sticks and chop the peppers into small pieces.
  • Mix a spicy marinade out of some cucumber stock, vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper, mix everything together and let it steep. Serve with a sandwich.
