Chocolate cookies with peanuts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g peanuts, unsalted
  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g white sugar
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs, weight class M
  • 450 g flour, type 405
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, unsat.
  • 150 g chocolate (drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with unsalted, roasted peanuts, makes about 30 pieces

Roughly chop the unsalted peanuts. Cream the butter with the sugar, salt, and vanilla until fluffy. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, then stir in the chocolate chips and peanuts. Stir the flour mixture alternately with the eggs into the fluffy butter. Stir until well blended. Do not overmix. Use a teaspoon to place walnut-sized heaps on baking paper and bake at 170°C for about 15 minutes. The cookies will spread during baking, so don’t place them too close together on the baking sheet.
