Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 180 g sugar
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 350 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 5 cups of cornflakes
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
- 125 g raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
makes about 30 spoon biscuits
Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. One at a time, stir in the eggs and the flour mixed with baking powder. Stir in the cornflakes, chocolate sprinkles, and raisins. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls (best done with a spoon) and place them side by side on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
