Ingredients for 35 servings:
- 200 g margarine
- 250 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 400 g flour
- 200 g chocolate, chopped white or white chocolate drops
- 50 g walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy, then thoroughly mix in all other ingredients. Drop the dough into balls, one teaspoon at a time, and place them well apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (160°C fan-assisted) for about 15 minutes.
