Chocolate-covered dried fruit with roasted almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bag of dried fruit, approx. 150 g, e.g. apricots, figs, cranberries
  • 1 bag of almonds, chopped, approx. 200 g
  • 1 pack of white chocolate coating, approx. 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

First, toast the chopped almonds in a pan without fat. Then, add the dried fruit to a bowl and, if desired, chop the apricots and figs. Mix the almonds with the dried fruit. Melt the chocolate coating in a saucepan over a bain-marie and pour over the fruit mixture. Stir everything until the dried fruit is completely coated. Spread on aluminum foil or baking paper and let it set for about 3 hours. Cut into pieces before eating.
