Chocolate cream and strawberry cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 250 ml milk, ice cold
  • 1 pack of cream powder (cream cake aid)
  • 250 g strawberries, diced
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 cake base (Viennese base), cut in half
  • possibly cream stiffener
  • e.g. jam (strawberry jam)
  • possibly chocolate (chocolate chips)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Heat 1 cup of cream (do not boil) and melt the chocolate in it. Refrigerate for several hours. Prepare the cream cake mix with the milk according to the instructions. Fold in the strawberries and quark. Mix the chocolate cream with the second cup of cream and whip until stiff (with cream stiffener if desired). Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam on the bottom and middle layers. Place the first layer on a cake plate and spread with 1/2 of the strawberry cream. Place the second layer on top and spread with 1/2 of the chocolate cream. Place the third layer on top and spread more strawberry cream on top. Cover the edge of the cake with the remaining chocolate cream. If you like, you can add chocolate chips to the cream or drizzle it over the cake.
