Quick strawberry pudding

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g strawberries, pureed
  • 125 g cream cheese with yogurt (e.g. from Exquisa)
  • 5 large chocolate kisses
  • possibly chocolate sprinkles
  • possibly desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with cream cheese and chocolate kisses

Mix the pureed strawberries with the cream cheese. Stir in the marshmallows, without the wafers, and divide them into bowls. Halve the wafers and decorate the pudding with them. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut (like I did) or chocolate sprinkles, if desired. I should note that the strawberries I used were quite tart. So if you have very sweet strawberries (and therefore more juice), I would increase the amount of cream cheese. It’s also suitable for filling cakes.
