Chocolate Crispy Cake

  • 100 g Whole milk chocolate roughly chopped
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Soft butter
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 150 g Flour type 550
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Butter firm
  • 150 g Cream toffees soft
  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, starch, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and chopped chocolate together.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt to a whitish-foamy mixture. Then first add the softened butter, continue whipping and then stir in the sour cream.
